Delivery FAQs

  1. We deliver to Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Queensland, Adelaide, Cairns, and the regional areas within these territories.
  2. Food Allergy Disclaimer – Healthy Food To You makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause an allergic reactions for those with food allergies. However there is always risk of contamination as in our kitchen we use products such as milk, eggs, gluten, seafood, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds and capsicum, although we have strict cross contamination policies; we can not guarantee a total absence of these products in any of our meals
  3. Customers with food allergies must be aware of this risk. Healthy Food To You will not assume any liability for adverse reactions from the food consumed, or items one may come in contact with whilst eating any of our meals or itemized food sources.
  4. Customers can pay using Paypal or their Credit Card.
  5. All fields are to be filled out during the cart & checkout process. All information is required to ship product to the correct destination. This includes full name, address, contact phone number, post code, and state.
  6. Healthy Food To You will not be liable for adverse reactions to food consumed or other items an individual may come into contact with whilst eating any of our meals or itemized food sources.
  7. We cannot guarantee the weight loss, physique goals or any specific results from eating our meals; fitness can only be improved through a suite of workout, blood sugar and nutritional restriction regiments.
  8. Customers will receive a confirmation email notifying them when the order has been shipped.
  9. We will ship product to the name on the purchase order, or the account holder only.
  10. Coupons that are issued will expire on a specified date.
  11. Delivery costs are based on the post code in which you reside, these vary from state to state.
  12. Our meals are delivered in an insulated box with dry ice.
  13. Dry ice should not be directly handled.
  14. Meals can be frozen for up to 9-months.
  15. Customers will be charged a second delivery cost for orders exceeding 18 meals (Muscle Up Meals/Meals for two
  16. Customers will be charged a second delivery cost for individual orders that exceed 24 meals of the following meals types (Lifestyle meals and tone-up meals)
  17. Deliveries are left at the customer’s own risk.
  18. Meals are delivered during business hours Monday 9am to Friday 5:30pm.
  19. Orders cannot be tracked. An email can be forwarded to to inquire about the status of your delivery.
  20. Delivery days are subject to temporary change during special events and on public holidays.
  21. Unfortunately, we are unable to give you a specific timeframe for your delivery – your order can be delivered at any time on your scheduled delivery day.
  22. Some delivery areas incur an additional delivery fee.
  23. Orders received after 3pm Friday and before will be dispatched Monday 3pm or Tuesday 3pm.
  24. Please allow 3 days from receipt of order to Canberra, Sydney & Cairns.
  25. Please allow 4 working days from receipt of order to Melbourne and Adelaide.
  26. Please allow 2 working days from receipt of order Queensland and Cairns.
  27. If you are not going to be present whilst receiving your order, please provide instructions on a safe place for us to leave your order and the person’s name we shall be leaving it with.
  28. We do not accept cancellations for orders placed.
  29. Refunds are not given under any circumstances.
  30. Orders cannot be returned. Should you be unhappy with any part of your order please contact us immediately at
  31. Customers take full responsibility of all orders once they have been delivered as per instructions given. This includes deterioration or damage to orders once delivered.
  32. If drivers are unable to access the delivery area given in a safe and manageable manner orders will not be left. Where there is a possible danger to drivers through guard dogs, security features, or otherwise, orders will not be left.
  33. Every effort is made to ensure accuracy of all information displayed on this site. Some variations may occur in products and related nutritional data due to seasonal availability.
  34. Those following strict diets or who have special food requirements should always check with their doctor prior to ordering.
  35. We may cancel an order that we have already accepted if we suspect fraudulent activity.
