Healthy Food To You takes pride in its food products. Our foods have been carefully developed with chefs and a dietitian and tested to ensure satisfaction with taste, nutritional quality, freshness, environmental sustainability and convenience. All foods are:

– Commercially prepared in HACCP certified facilities

– Gluten free (most meals)

– Halal certified

– Air blast frozen at -50°C to ensure freshness and quality

 

We do not compromise on quality with our meats.

Beef:

Our beef is Highland grass fed Angus Beef sourced from the lush green lands of the Tenterfield region in the New England area. With no grain fattening, hormones or chemicals used, our beef is certified by Meat Standards Australia (MSA)*. Lean beef is used to create the beef patties.

Angus have always been bred purely for the production of highest quality beef indicated by the smooth, close-grained texture, carnation red colour and finely marbled fat within the lean muscle.

Lamb:

All our lamb is Gold class free range certified, sourced from the New England region of NSW. Our lamb is guaranteed to be tender and rich in flavour, and is certified by MSA*.

Chicken:

Sourced from a local producer in Toowoomba, Queensland, all our chickens are free range and hormone free, certified by MSA*.

Seafood:

Loyal to our commitment to quality and sustainability, HFTY sources its seafood from sustainable sources of farm and ocean supply.

Salmon:

We use NZ salmon – the only Salmon in the world which is antibiotic and vaccine free. The New Zealand King Salmon company prides itself with farming practices that approach viable, long term sustainability. At HFTY, we choose to purchase Marlborough Sounds NZ Salmon direct from NZ producers, as part of our commitment to environmental sustainability and to provide you with quality and taste.

Salmon is a popular oily fish, rich in protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamin D content.

Kangaroo Highlights:

Kangaroo is a naturally lean, high quality game meat. It is an excellent source of high quality protein and CLA (antioxidant properties). Kangaroo meat is a particularly rich source of iron and zinc and is an important source of several B-group vitamins, namely riboflavin, niacin, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12.
Our kangaroo is cooked medium rare and also holds the Heart Foundation Tick of approval.

Vegetables:

All our vegetables are locally produced from the Lockyer Valley in Qld. Vegetables are purchased fresh and prepared immediately to lock in taste and nutrition.

Our sauces:
Sauces for meals are derived from natural stocks with no additives. All meals are produced without gluten with the exception of Beef Burgundy, Sweet & Sour Chicken and Ginger Soy Chicken Stirfry, which contain pasta or noodles
